We suppose unexpected or inevitable situations might affect some changes to your booking. However, we would like you to accept our cancellation policy taking into account our serving process (purchasing and preparing the meals) to provide the great dining experiences. We appreciate your understanding.
◆ General customers
When the cancellation is made on the day of your arrival, 100% of your order amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
◆ To travel agencies
Cancellation policy for travel agencies (arranging the tour for customers) is dividedly set as follows.
When the cancellation notice is made on
・2 weeks prior to the arrival; 30% of the order amount is charged.
・1 week prior to the arrival; 50% of the order amount is charged.
・the day of the arrival: 100% of the order amount is charged.
In addition, reduction in numbers noticed on the day of the arrival charges 100% of the order amount.
